Helium One raises £3m in equity raise to fund Colorado expansion
Helium One Global Ltd (AIM:HE1, FRA:9K3, OTC:HLOGF) has raised £3 million to support the expansion of its producing helium project in Colorado, where it is targeting a substantial increase in output and a new carbon dioxide revenue stream during 2027. The company placed some 1.03 billion new shares priced at 0.29p each, with proceeds also covering annual mining licence fees at its Southern Rukwa project in Tanzania.
