VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA – TheNewswire - OCTOBER 20, 2026 – GERMANIUM MINING CORP. (“GERMANIUM MINING” OR THE “COMPANY”) (CSE: GMC; OTCQB: EMSKF; FSE: YW0) is pleased to announce it is increasing its previously announced (Oct. 7, 2026) non-brokered private placement to up to 3,333,333 units (each a “ Unit ”) at $0.15 per unit for gross proceeds of up to CAD $500,000 (the “ Private Placement” ). Each unit will consist of one common share (each, a “ Share ”) and one transferable common share purchase warrant (each, a “ Warrant” ). Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional share of the company at $0.175 per share for a period of 24 months from the date of issuance.
