Plus500 Ltd (LSE:PLUS) has agreed to acquire Brazilian broker-dealer Guru Corretora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, giving the trading platform operator a direct presence in Latin America's largest economy. The FTSE 250 fintech group said the deal would give it local regulatory licences, market access and an established operating platform in Brazil, which it described as the world's second-largest derivatives market.
